Margot Inés Paco Chipana is a PhD student in Computational Biology at Universidad San Sebastián, Chile. She holds a Master’s degree in Atomistic and Multiscale Computational Modelling in Physics, Chemistry, and Biochemistry from the Universitat de Barcelona, and previously worked as a research assistant at the Computational Biology and Chemistry Research Group of Universidad Católica de Santa María. Her research integrates molecular modeling, quantum chemistry, molecular dynamics simulations, and virtual screening approaches to study supramolecular recognition, host–guest systems, biomolecular interactions, and pollutant behavior. This work has led her to author and co-author several scientific publications and to contribute to FONDECYT-funded projects in Peru focused on environmental and biomedical applications of computational and cheminformatics methods.
